Who Can Apply for LRS

• Individual plot owners in unapproved layouts
  having registered sale deed executed prior to
  notification of the rules
• Regularization would be allowed for both
  residential and commercial categories
• LRS Applicable only for areas falling within
  Urban Development Authority limits in sanctioned
  master plans.
• Regularisation of cases without technical
  approval of DTCP/UDA
