In efforts to eliminate smog and improve the air
quality in Southern California, the South Coast
Air Quality Management District and Mobile Source
Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee are
providing drivers with the opportunity to replace
their older rides with newer, less-polluting
vehicles.

• Did you know that you could receive as much as
  9,500 as well as low-interest financing by
  switching to a vehicle thats better for the

  presentation, well break down the eligibility
  requirements and details on how to go about
  getting started.

• In order to participate in the Replace Your Ride
  program, the following factors will be reviewed
  as part of the application process
• Household income
• Vehicle retirement
• Previous program participation
• Location of residence

• To be considered, you must live in a household
  with an income level at or below 400 of the
  federal poverty level. Proof of income will also
  be reviewed via your IRS Form 1040 or California
  Form 540 for the most recent tax year. In some
  instances, other documentation may be considered
  to determine income and the number of people
  living in your household.

• If youre ready to retire your vehicle, the title
  must be under your name. The vehicle also needs
  to be operational and exceed emission levels for
  Model Year 2000 and newer vehicles.
• Other requirements include
• Gasoline or diesel powered vehicles
• Weight of 10,000 pounds or less according to GVWR
  (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating)
• Valid registration with the California DMV

Participation in the program is limited to one
incentive per person. This rule also applies to
joint owners of a vehicle, so if the title is
under multiple names, both parties will be
considered as having participated in the program.

• Riverside County
• San Bernardino County

• Hybrid/plug-in/electric vehicles
• Rideshares
