Keep Growing As a Person
Keep your mind active and your spirit stimulated
by pursuing different interests and goals. There
might be some hobbies that you arent able to do
as often or as comfortably, but dont let that
stop you from adopting new areas of interest.

case. Studying a language, taking a painting

breathing in yoga or tai chi will help lower
blood pressure, and give you a feeling of
