Events leading to war

• In the colonies they were ruled by the British
  and felt they were being treated unfairly by in
  ways such as being taxed without having
  representation so they protested and united and
  it eventually it all led to war.

• In the Hunger Games the districts were ruled by
  the capital they had no representation in the
  capital and were forced to compete in the Hunger
  Games where two people from each district (one
  male and one female) all of them must fight to
  the death and the last person standing wins. The
  districts united and eventually lead to war.

The first battle

• In the Hunger games the first battle was held as
  soon as the quarter quell hunger games came to an
  end. Katniss destroyed the force field around the
  arena allowing rebels to rescue her. The capital
  was enraged and cut the power to district 12 and
  a few minutes destroying it killing most of the
  people there.

• In the colonies the first battle was held at
  Lexington and Concord. The colonist had hid
  weapons in Concord and the British came to take
  them but they were ambushed. The colonist were
  highly out numbered some one fired the first shot
  (no one knows who fired the shot) This shot
  became known as the shot heard around the world

Use of propaganda

• In the Hunger Games the rebels aired propos over
  capital broadcast telling them to join the
  revolution and showing how evil the capital was.

• In the American Revolution patriots drew cartoons
  and printed them. They also showed people bad
  images about the British.
