• ASM Rebars are locally produced to meet the local
  requirements, these Rebars are synonym to Value
  for money and strength.

• The billet is rolled into reheating furnace where
  it is heated to a rolling temperature of minimum
  1100C to max 1200C. The billet is then rolled
  subsequently in Roughing, Intermediate, Finishing
  and Continuous stands to final size. The finished
  bar then comes out from last stand is cut into
  multiple lengths of 48m/36m by rotary/flying
  shear and collected in cooling bed through twin
  channel/lifter.
• Every rod is branded with the special ASM marking
  along with the size being rolled, e.g. ASM 10,
  for 10mm Rod.Sizes available (in mm) 8 to 32
  Diameter Rebars.
