• Growing up, most of us had a lot of fun sock
  routines, most of which involved either being in
  a messy room with a torn sock and being grounded
  for the next week.
• Now weve outgrown those socks and switched to
  the more fancy and fun kinds. We even have a new
  kind of sock, which quite literally dont show.

• Heres a list of those nostalgic sock moments
  (some of which we never out grew)

Sock skating

• Get set . Weeeeeeeee. Crash.
• A race to the finish line in a slippery pair
• of school socks and then always crashing.
• I learn from my mistakes, socks do not
• provide good enough resistance, I will not
• engage in sock skating again
• -Said nobody ever.

Sock Puppets

• The best sock puppets are made from the most worn
  out socks. They are stretchy and loose and they
  count as comfort clothing or more like puppet
  companions on the not so happy days.
• They are better when they are made out of
• your siblings new pair of socks
• the evil smile

Sock it all up

• Those were the days when socks were not only
• for the feet, they were for the face, hands even
  for your toys when they were cold.
• Well looks like we havent out grown these yet,
• we even have a name for those now
• arm sleeves, knee socks?

Christmas stockings

• This is the favourite memory of them all,
• the days when you still believed in Santa Claus
• and hung your socks next to the Christmas tree.
• Aah what joy to find stockings
• filled with gifts on the cold Christmas mornings.

Sunday longer than
Monday socks

• This was that annoying time when one of your
  socks have lost its elasticity and are going to
  fall lose like a grumpy cat while the other
  stands tall like a proud mountain of perfectly
  fitting socks.
• And they are both pretty much rendered useless
  because socks have got to be two of a kind.

The missing sock

• Like in the book A place called here we will
  one day solve the mystery of the missing socks
  and there will lie a pile of all those nostalgic
  sock memories that we will never outgrow. Not
  even the new fancy no show socks can replace
  them.
