management. Beginning his career in Food and
Beverage for Oceanic Cruise Ships, Neil slowly
worked his way to hotel director and manager

restaurants and the Nottoway Plantation in
Louisiana, Neil Castaldi has seen immense success

As a Hotel Director, Neil Castaldi Nottoway
Plantation has overseen the general management,
expansion and development of large scale and
diverse properties. Neil acted as General Manager
of the Valley Forge Hilton a property with 400
rooms and a 150,000 square foot convention
center. Neil was also Managing Director at
Tamiment Golf Ski Resort. Finally, he also
acted as General Manager of Adams Mark Hotel, a
600 room upscale convention hotel in North
Carolina.

Castaldi has built an impressive restaurant
practice with 6 upscale Italian restaurants based
in Cleveland and Charlotte. As President and CEO
from March 1995 - October 2006, these properties

sales. After successfully implementing these
restaurants Neil moved on to apply his business
skills and experience at Nottoway Plantation.
