Chart of Accounts

• Chart of Accounts displays the ledgers and also
  displays it's group i.e the ledger is under which
  group.
• The chart of accounts is a listing of all
  accounts used in the general ledger of an
  organization.
• The chart of accounts is used by the accounting
  software to aggregate information into an
  entity's financial statements.

Trial Balance Report
It displays the balances of all ledgers, closing
summary of ledger groups including debit credit
amounts respectively in specific period.

Balance Sheet
It shows the statement of the assets,
liabilities, and capital of a business or other
organization at a particular point in time,
detailing the balance of income and expenditure
over the preceding period.

Bank Reconciliation
In this, you can put clearing dates to adjust
bank transactions.

Contra is the voucher type used to enter the
transactions related with transfer of funds
between banks like cash withdrawals and cash
deposits.
