• Does it have to be assembled does it require
  batteries?
• - Yes, it does have to be assembled. It's
  pretty easy though. I think I got it done in
  about 10 min. It doesn't require batteries to
  function. Only the music/noise part requires
  batteries, I believe AA. We rarely use that
  feature though. My daughter loves hers, and it's
  super easy to adjust as they grow.

• My 4 month old absolutely loves this! I did a
  great deal of research and comparison and decided
  on getting this one because of the seat. She is
  advanced in motor skills and is able to stand
  with very little assistance, but since she was
  only 4 months all of these types toys were too
  big for her. She fits great in this one with room
  to grow.
