Supervisor Operations Job-Purpose

• Oversees all Operations product movement
• monitors the LCS systems
• directly supervises/controls the system support
  team which includes 0 management associate and
  approximately 12 - 50 hourly/union associates
• oversees the training of management and hourly
  personnel
• communicates with other departments to ensure all
  functions relating to the product movement are
  efficient on all shifts and that the department
  is following Company and Distribution guidelines.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Ensures that all products in and out of the
automated warehouse and conventional areas are
handled efficiently and economically.
Coordinates the efficient Labor Management for
operations. Weekly training needs communicated
and schedules set up. Communicate between
Operations and IT with needs for continued
progress. Directly supervises and controls the
system support team. some more
