    all if you eat less you may gain less weight. But
    skipping meals to lose weight does more harm to
    your body than good. It doesnt pose a problem
    when done a few times, but when it becomes a
    habit or a part of your weight loss strategy, it
    can have long-term side effects on the body and
    could even lead to the development of some
    chronic diseases. Moreover, skipping meals will
    not give you a healthy looking body, but it will
    only make it harder for you to lose that extra
    weight.

Changes in blood sugar levels
  • When you skip a meal, your body doesnt get the
