Derek Candelore is a Medical Sales Professional
with more than 15 years of experience in his
profession. He has good presentation and
communication skills through which he has
developed relationships within the Medical
Industry. He is a graduate in Science/Exercise
Science from California University of
Pennsylvania. After finishing his graduation, he
was awarded Master's Level college credits in
Industrial Psychology.

He founded a local health club, Apex Fitness
Center in 2000. He marketed and sold memberships,
created promotional marketing campaigns, managed
budget and inventory. He also handled monthly
budget and accountability meetings. In addition,
he added numerous features to the club to
multiply the memberships. This resulted in the
strengthening of the fitness center in the
fitness industry.

In 2004, Derek Candelore started serving
Concentra as a Sales Manager. Initially, he
worked as a Rep selling employee Drug Testing
services to large organizations with more than
100 employees. He successfully sold at high
levels to drive profits that created new
positions for Occ Med Doctors and nursing staff.
For his serious efforts, he was promoted and his
responsibilities got changed. Finally, he handled
large accounts including US Steel and Allegheny
County Airport, and this accounted for 75 of his
business.

Derek Candelore is serving as Regional Sales
Manager at MedLogic Consultants for 5 years.
Owing to his role, he is responsible for
directing and managing all aspects of sales/
territory development and Large Accounts for
Transdermal Compound Pain Creams. As a
responsible Sales Manager, he handled multiple
large accounts and increased revenue from 80k to
2.1, during his first year in the company. Derek
was promoted for his excellent performance to
train and manage 7 account representatives while
posting in a record year in revenue generation.
Besides this, he is actively involved in
charitable causes and contributes to American
Cancer Society, prayer groups and Westmoreland
County Food Bank.
