• The Luapula Province has recently bagged a
  project for the development of a bio-ethanol
  plant.

• The bio-ethanol plant will be setup by Mahtani
  Group of Companies and Sunbird Group.

• The scope of the project will allow the people of
  Luapula Province to find employment and develop
  the nearby region.

• A total of 7, 000 workers would be required to
  meet operations of the factory. Additionally,
  another 25, 000 farmers would be required to
  supply cassava to the factory.

• Bio-ethanol plant would allow Luapula Province to
  generate revenue as well as increase its
  self-dependence.

  delighted to learn about the upcoming bio ethanol

  President of Zambia, Edgar Lungu.
