41. Be Proactive
May be you are using food as a distraction from
stress at work. You can be proactive by adding
something in your life that will help you deal
with the stress before that emotion becomes
overwhelming. This small act can definitely help
you decrease your chances of reaching for food

52. Figure Out the Time of the Day
What time of day you end up using food to
distract yourself? Once you figure that out,
set an alarm/reminder in your phone to go off
around that time. This is a great way to pause
and check out by yourself what it is truly needed
for you!
63. Get Help or Talk to Someone
If youre finding yourself overeating due to an
overwhelm of emotions, then it may be time to
talk with someone about your feelings. Really
not wanting to talk to a therapist or counselor?
Then call someone you trust and let it all out
with them. Sometimes, an outsider can give you
some powerful advice and tips that you may not
have thought of yourself.

boredom. If that is the case for you youve
got to purposely add fun into your life! You will
