KidsFirst Adoption
KFAS places children domestically with couples,
and single men or women, based on the preferences
of the expectant mother. We work with expectant
mothers who are pregnant and/or experiencing
difficulties with parenting a child.

KidsFirst's team of staff will guide you through
the complexities surrounding the domestic
adoption process. We will ensure that your
adoption is carried out in a safe, efficient, and
sensitive manner. We strive to minimize anxiety
for all parties throughout the entire process.

We work with women facing a number of problems,
including those experiencing an unplanned
pregnancy, or mothers who may be overwhelmed with
parenting, regardless of the childs age.
We are available to walk you through the
adoption process and talk with you about your
options! We want you to find peace and comfort in
a plan that is right for you during this
uncertain time.

Our Services
Home Study Services
KidsFirst provides home study services for
international and domestic adoptions for families
living in Indiana. KidsFirst has over 16 years
of experience in adoption and with the home study
process.
Legal Services
Re-adoption is the formal registration of a
foreign adoption in a United States court. This
process establishes the child's legal residence
in that State.
Citizenship Immigration
USCIS is responsible for determining the
qualifications and suitability of adoptive
parents, and for evaluating a child's eligibility
to immigrate to the United States

Inna Pecar started KidsFirst Adoption Services in
1999 with her husband Steven. Pecar attained a
Master's Degree in Education in Ukraine and a
Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana
University.
