Foreign Work Permit
The precondition for service in Bangladesh is a
work permit for a foreigner. Foreign national can
work in Bangladesh in the subsidiary of a foreign
company (irrespective of whether 100 foreign
owned or a joint venture), in a liaison or branch
office or in any Bangladeshi company.

• Steps
• Collect Visa from BD Mission in abroad within 03
  (three) months.
• Submit applications for Work permits with
  required documents (Application for Work permit,
  Application form of BOI, Copy of Passport).
• Collect Acknowledgement letter from Ministry of
  Home Affairs.
• Collect Work Permit.
• Apply for TIN Certificate with the copy of work
  permit, passport and applicants photographs.
• Apply for S. B. Police N. S. I. Clearance of
  Security Clearance for Work permits purpose. It
  will take time minimum 02 (two) months.

• Visa Recommendation letter
• Application for Work permit (company letter head
  pad)
• Duly filled in prescribed Application form of
  BOI(04 copy)
• Copy of Passport With Visa Last Arrival Seal
