James Lynn Granum Jr Property Management
In 2011, James Lynn Granum Jr. was involved in
property management in the city of Washington,
D.C. He spent several years pursuing his various
professional dreams, as well as working on
several different careers. After working as a
dolphin trainer, a Dive Master, and a Post
Delivery Analyst, he decided to settle in
Washington, D.C,0 and to begin working in real
estate. He has always had a passion for working
with people, one of the reasons why he loves his
current career. While working at the Sandy Spring
Friends School, as well as for the Navy, he
continued to operate out of D.C. He also remained
the owner of his D.C. house while he was involved
in diving in Bali.

James Lynn Granum Jr Construction
James Lynn Granum Jr. is accustomed to working on
construction sites. Between 2003 and 2004, he
worked with Contracting Concepts as a Project
Associate. His job, at the time, was to manage
project sites and to liaise between the company
and the clients. In 2004, he became a property
manager, and subsequently began working with
tenants. A major part of his career includes both
handling property repairs and working with
contractors.
Construction has many different facets. James
Lynn Granum Jr. knows many of these facets, and
is experienced in construction and real estate.
He began his real estate career by working as a
Project Associate for Contracting Concepts in San
Diego, California. It was here that he managed
project sites, and was the construction liaison
between his company and their clients. This
career sparked his interest in real estate and
drove him to build yet another successful career
in property management.

James Lynn Granum Jr L-3 Communications
James Lynn Granum Jr. worked with L-3
Communications between 2007 and 2010. He began
his career as a Post Delivery Analyst, and worked
as a subcontractor for the United States Navy. It
was his responsibility to coordinate the Post
Shakedown Availability (PSA) work package
development for Naval Destroyers. He had a high
security clearance and quickly worked his way up
to Post Delivery Task Leader.
He has worked with Habitat for Humanity several
times in the past. He is highly knowledgeable
about real estate and construction. He used this
knowledge, skill and experience to help build
homes for families in the Washington, D.C area
who were in need of affordable housing. He was
once featured in the publication
GraceMissions.org for having made a substantial
donation, one that provided for a much-needed
generator for an all-girls orphanage in Haiti.

James Lynn Granum Jr. is a Washington, D.C
native. He was born and raised in the capitol of
the United States, and has loved having so many
cultural jewels at his disposal. He is an
intelligent man with a variety of skills and
interests. He has enjoyed being in a city filled
with museums and educational opportunities.
Though he is no longer in D.C., he remains a
successful property manager to this day. James
Lynn Granum Jr. has worked and lived in several
different states and countries. He was born and
raised in Washington, D.C. In 2011, he returned
to start his company.
He is a property manager and a business owner
who works throughout the city. He loves D.C and
the people who live there. He has worked hard to
become successful in property management, and now
manages residences throughout the area.
