1. You are growing fast
  • Need to hire new people is always a good sign for
    your business. But are you capable of handling
    recruitment process at the cost of devoting your
    time on what you are good at? Or is it feasible
    for your team managers to start screening
    candidates to fill the positions? Having a HR
    specialist to take care of sourcing the profiles,
    coordinate with teams, organise interviews, write
    offer letters, maintaining the background
    checks and onboarding process can make the office
    run much more smoothly.

2. You are having a culture crisis
  • As the owner or CEO of the company you have set
    the culture to begin with, but as the company
    grows, it is sometimes hard to hold onto that
    culture, as every employee will have different
    expectations from the company. Additionally,
    there is a question of whether to hold on to
    previously set culture or bring the change. When
    some employees start to feel disenfranchised, you
    may lose a good employee. It is a good idea to

    productive. HRs can decrease the amount of
    paperwork on the desk, develop processes that
    can streamline personnel matters. HRs can also
    counsel, coach, advise employees help smooth
    over ruffled feathers. This skill does not come
    naturally to every startup founder, so it is
    worth looking.

  • Because the primary purpose of HR is to support
    the business success, having an effective
    recruitment process is of utmost importance. HR
    professionals, not only have the right skills and
    knowledge, but also they can share the vision of
    the company with the targeted candidates. HRs

    recruitment management tools to bring quick
    closures for fast growing companies.
