  estate plan when it means having to face your own
  mortality.

  testament, is a document that states your final

• A Durable Power of Attorney is a legal document
  that allows for a trusted friend or relative to
  make financial and business decisions for you,
  the Principal, should you become incapable of
  managing your own affairs. A durable power of
  attorney is activated right when it is signed.

  Agent to address important matters
