• Main Respnsibilities of Franchisee -
• Sourcing, Lead generation acquisition of
  Companies their Vacancies by following the
  guidelines support from TeamPlus.
• Sourcing Line up the candidates for interview
  by telecalling on the database provided from
  TeamPlus .
• Collection timely follow up of Payments from
  the companies after raising the Invoice from
  TeamPlus as per the agreed .terms with the
  company.
• Strictly adhere to the policies, rules
  regulations of the TeamPlus instructed time to
  time.
• Submission of timely reports as per the formats
  given.

• Franchisees possible income -
• Registration of candidates done minimum 1 per
  day, 25 in a month approx. i.e. Rs 350 X 25 Rs
  8,750/-
• 4 candidates are placed in an average of Rs
  10,000/- salary by each telecaller, 4XRs10,000
  Rs 40,000 X 2 Rs 80,000/-
• Your total income is Rs 80,000 Rs 8750 Rs
  88,750/-
• If salary of telecaller Rs 7000 each office
  rent other expenses of Rs 10,000, still your
  Net income will be Rs 88750 Rs14,000
  (Salary) Rs5000 (Rent) Rs5000(other expenses)
  Rs 64,750/- (with only 2 staff)
• Above income is approximate, can be varied upon
  the efforts taken by the franchisee.

• How to Start -
• Send your start up confirmation email to us with
  your brief information, we will send you the
  drafted copy of an agreement.
• Send DD/Cheque of Rs 25,000/- alongwith a signed
  agreement, your photo, ID address proof at our
