Panasonic announced the launch of its new
smartphone, T50, costing only INR 5000. The
phone is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processor

The smartphone comes with a host of other
features such as dual SIM standby support and 8GB
internal storage. The internal memory can be
expanded by up to 32GB via micro SD card.

Panasonic smartphone is equipped with 5MP rear
camera and has an autofocus and LED flash.
However, in comparison to other smartphones, the
front camera for selfies and video call is lower

The battery unit is satisfactory and may not last
for a day even with average usage. Panasonic has
stressed on some of the unique features such as
personalized headers for app management, gesture
controls and themes to customize the look and
feel of the smartphone as per a users liking.

Vaikundarajan believes that Panasonic T50 does
not offer anything out of the ordinary and may
face tough competition from other brands. The
price-specification ratio does not match the
