for yogurt is one individual container or about 8

now stealing the spotlight as a go-to food for
weight loss. Nuts may contribute to increased
satiety, and thus help you eat fewer calories
overall. To control the calorie intake, stick to
a 1-ounce serving of nuts.

counterparts, whole grains are rich sources of
fiber that could contribute to weight loss. Whole
grains are digested at a slower rate and
