  • Everyone loves when their special occasion is
    celebrated as a grand occasion for whole office.
    Employers can celebrate birthdays, weddings

    years in the organization etc. The best could be
    if organization can surprise employees by advance
    bookings and arrangements for travel.

  • Most of the organisations are bringing surprise
    day concepts for employee engagement program.
    Most commonly are bring-your-kids-to-work,
    theme dress days, social service days etc. These
    are the best ways to make employees feel
    connected to organisation.

6. Let employees explore personal skills
  • Companies have hired employees because they are
    good at their professional skills for the
    relevant tasks. But if employees are given the
    chance to explore their personal skills, it would
    be an added advantage for any organization. Let
    employees take charge for planning and execution
    of events, travel, fun activities, logistics etc.
    Invite employees to showcase their skills in
    dance, music, art etc.
