  easily available for a home to find in the even
  they are needed. In fact, it is advised that a
  person keep several of these kits on hand and
  have them located throughout the home in the
  event they need to make a quick exit.

  every member of the family. This is going to make
  supplies last longer and allows everyone to live
  more comfortably. Each member of a household

  the government was unprepared and hopelessly slow
  to react. People were in line for food and water
  and the lines of cars waiting for gas were miles
  long. The crazy thing is just 100 miles away
  things were business as usual. It was like living
  in a 3rd world country in a small bubble
  surrounded by normalcy.

• The people in this part of the country learned a
  valuable lesson "the only person you can rely on
  to protect you and your family is yourself and a
  prepared community". If it wasn't for individuals
  who were prepared and small groups helping each
  other the result could have been much worse.
