day. If you are on a hectic schedule, youre
trying to find ways to save time whenever you
can. Even eating can be limited, such as having a
short lunch break at work. You may choose to
drive home for lunch to give you time away, but
have only a few minutes to actually eat. Here are
four strategies to help you make the most of that
time.

1. Plan the Weeks Meals Ahead of Time
  • Know what youre going to have to eat for the
    entire week by creating a schedule. This makes it
    easier to utilize leftovers or quick meals like
    sandwiches. You also know what you need to buy
    when you go shopping and can create a thorough
    grocery list.
  • When you plan out your meals, you can be surer of
    getting the nutrition you need. Include in-season
    fruits and vegetables that are easy to find for
    well-rounded meals.

2. Dont Multitask
  • Eating is one task you shouldnt combine with
