What is Pu-Erh tea?

• Pu-Erh tea is produced in Chinas Yunnan province
  and comes from the same plant family (Camellia
  sinensis) as oolong, green, and black tea.
• Pu-Erh is fermented similarly to oolong tea but

  post-fermentation. Afterwards, the leaves are
