There are several healthy foods that we are often
insistent on consuming in addition to several
healthy snacks. However, what we often miss out
on is the fact that a healthy breakfast is very
essential for overall wellness. You should never
skip breakfast. Breakfast helps us lose weight,
improves our mood and even keeps several ailments
at bay. The name literally translates into
breaking the fast after the hours you spent
sleeping. Good fats and protein are required to
be consumed in the morning like avocado and eggs.

to last throughout the day. Breakfast also helps
us keep blood sugar fluctuations away which are
hugely detrimental for good health. A minimum of
300-500 calories should be consumed for breakfast
within 1-2 hours after waking up as per several
