Title: Real Mind Power Secrets

1
Real Mind Power Secrets
  • The secret behind this concept is purely positive
thoughts. It's part of the belief that if a
person constantly has positive thoughts in mind,
positive vibes naturally follows. It works the
same way the power of attraction works. Project
positive vibes and positive things will be
attracted to you but if you project negativity
then only negative things will have an effect on
    you.
  • The mind is not only capable of controlling
oneself but can also have the power to control
others. This is through hypnosis. Although
hypnosis can sometimes be seen as a means to
manipulate or coerce other people into giving up
their free will, when used for a good cause, it
can actually be a great medium for therapies. By
using hypnosis, people who have problems in
trying to quit smoking for example can instantly
be reprogrammed to not smoke again. Or for people
suffering from traumatizing events, it's now easy
to erase those bad memories in their heads.
Hypnosis is a viable solution for psychological
problems and addiction issues when other methods
    just won't work.

  • Positive thinking and hypnosis are just two
specific abilities the mind is capable of and we
have only just begun to scratch the surface. The
brain is truly a fascinating part of the body as
its full potential is yet to be completely
understood. If you're interested to know more
about mind powers, there are a lot of researches
that you can look up online. When it comes to
martial arts a lot of people are fixated on the
physical aspects of it such as Self Defense and
Fitness. Training in martial arts will help you
develop discipline and perseverance as well as
    develop your body and fitness.
  • The other side of this is that the Mind and
Spirit parts need to be developed as well in
order to become a true martial artist. Just as we
have learned discipline and perseverance threw
the physical training of the martial arts we must
explore and develop our knowledge of the mental
and spiritual aspects of the martial arts. Such
aspects as Humility, Honor, Respect, Honesty,
Patience, Integrity, Trust, Positive Thinking and
overall Morality. We must be courtesy and be
polite to one another, show respect towards your
    fellow man and others property.

3
  • We must show and practice Integrity by being
truthful and making sure our actions and words
    represent each other truthfully. Practice
perseverance by setting goals and following
threw. With practice and patience, moving
steadily toward the goal one finds
    accomplishment. Accomplishment builds self
esteem. Maintain self-control by learning to be
more emotional aware of your mental state,
focusing that awareness builds control and
emotion intelligence. This is helpful in not
being surprised or disappointed at the many
    changes we face in life.
  • Seek Morality by connecting to the Divine and
allowing that to guide your actions. Most
important be ego-less, or to be selfless. As in
selfless service. This is the most important
quality for a martial artist to have. The heart
and mind must be open and not be focused on
oneself so that he or she doesn't use the skills
and power gained through training for selfish
gain but to help and give back to his family and
community. From the word go, we're programmed to
believe that we need to better ourselves. If
we've grown up in the Christian tradition, we
have learned that he are damaged goods in need of
repentance - that's not, in fact, at the core of
the Christian message - in fact, we are actually
told that we are the children of God.

4
  • In addition, as a result of The Brain Stimulator
Method Review society's need for us to conform,
we are encouraged to better ourselves by getting
a good education. Admittedly, there's nothing
wrong with suitably equipping ourselves for the
roles we want, need or are forced to pursue in
life (but to what extent does the normal
educational curriculum equip us?) but, as a
result, we are constantly being fed the
subliminal message that we need to improve our
    imperfect selves.
  • Enter "self-improvement" - a whole industry
devoted to enabling people be better - build
    self-esteem, improve their personality, build
self-confidence, find their true selves. While
this is all very laudable (I've been working with
clients in this field for over fourteen years),
the problem is the premise from which the whole
process starts - that you are in need of
self-improvement. You're not! Instead, you need
to unlearn the mountain of programming, or
baggage, that was heaped upon you during your
formative years. In those formative years, when
you were young and impressionable, you formed an
impression of yourself that is way wide of the
mark. As an adult, you now believe wholeheartedly
in your perceived faults, failings and
    inadequacies.
