Program objectives
  • To provide our patients with safe quality care
    at all times.
  • To retain current fulltime and part-time
    employees (FTEs PTEs).
  • To make the organization desirable to prospective
    candidates.
  • To foster professional development of employees
    within the organization and on an individual
    level.
  • Advocate for employees.

What incentives will be included?
  • FTE NURSES
  • PTE NURSES
  • Shift Options (8 12 hr. only)
  • Yearly salary increase
  • FTEs will eligible for loan repayment plans and
    continued education funds with a max of 4,200
    per year.
  • FTEs will receive yearly bonuses.

  • PTEs will receive up to a max of 2,000 per year
    for continued education
  • PTEs will receive yearly bonuses.

  • Management and Leadership will need to
    collaborate and work together.

  • To ensure that the position is desirable to
    prospective candidates.
  • Finance Department
  • To finalize any monetary incentives (i.e. bonus,
    education)
  • Marketing/HR/Leadership/Finance/Executives TEAM

Step 1 BASELINE Data collection
  • Head Count
  • How many FTE and PTE nursing staff employed at
    this time.
  • Its Survey Time
  • Both FTEs and PTEs, and will receive the same
    survey. The purpose of this survey is to gain
    more knowledge about what motivates an employees
    remain apart of our team (please see next slide
    for survey template)
  • Patient Safety and Quality Survey
  • Patients talk! This survey will program our
    patients with the opportunity to give their open
    and honest input.
  • Both employee and patient surveys will be
    concise and strait to the point!.
  • All data will be transcribed and filled for later
    comparison during evaluation.
