    and eating junk may have long-term repercussions
    on your health. It may either lead to
    malnourishment or obesity.

    quick bites of junk between work? Here is a list
    of food items that you can munch on during office
    hours. These snacks are not only healthy but easy
    to prepare as well, so now you can strike a

Boiled eggs with salt and pepper
  • It has been often seen that diabetics are also
    patients of high blood pressure. Therefore, it
    becomes important that you control the salt
    intake along with your sugar intake.
