some expensive makeup and cosmetics whenever you
move out. Visit a fashion store, mooch on through
the displays of short, skimpy dresses and end up

not alone! There are so many people across the
world who area dealing with depressing skin

  • Sunlight is a good source of vitamin D, which
    provides human body with calcium and promotes
    bone growth. However, exposing your bare skin to
    sunlight for a long period of time can have
    adverse effects on the skin. One must gain
    maximum protection when under the sun by using
    sunscreens and moisturisers with high SPF values
    and other accessories like hats, scarf and
    sunglasses.

  • It is always advised to make light to moderate
    use of makeup as it contains chemicals and
    ingredients that can deprave your skin. Also,
    wearing makeup for long hours and going to sleep
    without removing it can cause clogged pores and
    as a result, skin infections.
  • Water can harm as well
  • Who doesnt love to hang around a swimming pool
    and take refreshing showers? But, many of us
    dont realise the fact that water can actually
    damage our skin. Given the high amount of
    chlorine present in it, tap water can cause your
    skin to flake or chip. Chlorine sometimes cling
    to the skin after a shower or swim and react with
    lotions, cleansers and topical medications
    causing irritation, rashes and acne.

  • Todays busy life and hectic schedules lead us
    into making wrong food choices or skipping on our
    meals completely. This causes people to age
    faster and attain wrinkles, acne and blemishes.
    No matter you age, it is vital to include foods
    rich in Vitamin A, C, B3 and E in your meals to
    promote healthy skin.
