Born Alsace Region, France
His professional career began as an apprentice at
Larnsbourg in Baerenthal, FRANCE, a 3 Michelin
star restaurant. After his apprenticeship,
Christophe attended the well reputable Hotel
Management School of Strasbourg. He then spent
the next several years working in Washington DC
at the Willard Hotel and in other Michelin start
restaurants in Asia such as Le Mout located in
Taichung, Taiwan ranked 24th best restaurant in
Asia.
