Maintaining Frames Panels

• Clean frames with a soft fabric or soft hair
  brush.
• For stubborn dirt and stains on windows and on
  exterior sealing, use Soft Scrub without bleach.
  Avoid the use of household cleaners having harsh
  abrasives, strong soaps, or solvents.
• Let records and sills should be vacuumed or
  brushed to keep sliding panels functioning
  properly.
• Grease the rollers on a regular basis with a
  light machine oil or silicone spray.

Glass

• Windex or a related glass cleaner or 1 part
  vinegar to 8 parts water is suggested to clean
  the glass.
• Avoid using sprayers or garden hoses on windows.
  The water in New Mexico often contains minerals
  in the water and can leave ugly spots on the
  glass which are very tough to remove. Out client
  is NOT in New Mexico
• Avoid extra humidity and keep your home well
  ventilated to avoid window condensation on the
  inside of the glass.
• Avoid glass cleaners that contain any type of
  acid!
