they are great innovators too in the Bengaluru
Realty market. I have booked a flat in Orchid
project. And I think all of you aware about JP
Nagar, it is one of the prime locations in
Bengaluru where celebrities and politicians are
living in such locality Gruha Kalyan is selling
flat for affordable price. that's many
competitors are posting negative reviews.

Rajak I had booked a 2BHK flat in their Rose
project. No Problem we can book without fear. The
documents are almost fine. They are updating me
all the details and status up to date.

Lavender project. The interaction and their
customer service are very informative and they
guide customer to take good decisions. The
Lavender project is very splendid and located
near Hebbal. I hope their construction quality
also will be the best like their customer service.

Gruha Kalyan is doing excellent job. Which is
impossible for the other builder. They are
selling their flats for the lower margin and
which helps to reach the common people.

Two days back I visited their office in HSR
Layout. The response from their employees is
good. And visited their projects in Begur road
and Banneragatta with their sales coordinator. I
had impressed by their plan and working style.
