James R Hughes is a successful medical
practitioner with over four decades experience
in the field. He was born in Oneonta, New York
and grew up in Fredonia, and Delhi a village and
town respectively in New York. He began his
career in the medical sector and had finished a
nursing degree in 1973, though he had to put his
education on hold when he was drafted into the
military.James R Hughes is a dedicated medical
professional with over forty years experience.
He spent almost his entire career working in the
emergency care department. He currently works at
one of the immediate care centers at the Georgia
Emergency Assistance group in Bluffton, South
Carolina. He is also one of the six founding
members of the group and has worked hard to help
it grow.

James R Hughes was drafted into the military in
1973, two years after he enrolled in nursing
school and not long after finishing a nursing
degree. Though he had to leave nursing school
when he was drafted into the military, with the
high scores received in the entrance exams, he
was able to be of assistance and provide medical
support to special operatives in the
army.However, he did not have time to complete
his dissertation defense as he started a
residency in family medicine at the Chesterfield
Family Practice in Richmond, Virginia. During the
residency program, James R Hughes worked in the
local emergency rooms and completed most of his
electives in emergency medicine. His desire to
build a career in emergency medicine came after
his time with the military.

professional who has over forty years experience
working in the emergency room. He was born in
Oneonta, New York, but grew up in Fredonia, and
Delhi, New York. His father worked for SUNY
systems, and James R Hughes worked at SUNY
systems during the school holidays doing various
odd jobs. He joined medical school in 1971 and
finished a nursing degree program shortly after.
He was, however, forced to put a hold on his
education when he was drafted into the army,
where he served as a clinical specialist at the
85th Combat Support Hospital in Ft. Lee. After
serving in the military, he returned to complete
his schooling and worked alongside as a lab
technician at a local hospital.

When he is not working or providing his expert
medical opinion, he can be found exercising. He
is a very active individual who likes to go
running, swimming, and paddle boarding. In the
winter, he enjoys skiing, which also happens to
be his favorite winter activity.James R Hughes is

spent his entire career serving patients in
immediate and emergency care. His decision to
work in the emergency room came after serving in
