Debra Oselett enjoys working as a practice
manager and helping the staff and patients there.
Before working as a practice manager, she owned
her own small business. The business was named
Balanced Pennies and focused on helping small
businesses get their finances in order. Debra
used her experience and skills as an accountant
to help these businesses with all their financial
and accounting needs.Debra Oselett has worked
with many small businesses in the past and enjoys
being able to help them succeed. She owned her
own small business for a short time called
Balanced Pennies. The business allowed her to
work with other small business owners and help
them stay within a set budget and sort out their
finances. She worked as an accountant for these
companies.

Debra Oselett worked for several years as a
medical office administrator and now works as a
practice manager. The roles are very similar in
that they are both leadership positions and
require Debra to instruct and direct the other
employees and make sure everything is running
