Raam Reddys Kannada film Thithi has garnered
applause from top Bollywood celebrities. The film
also won various awards at the prestigious film
festivals such as Locarno, Marrakech and Palm
Springs.

for a release on 3rd June with English subtitles.

The film is set in a remote village in South
India. It is a satire that narrates the story of
how three descendents react after a 101-year-old
man named Century Gowda passes away. The three
characters meet each other at the place of
thithi. Thithi is the final day of rituals
performed 11 days after the death, explains

Aamir Khan tweeted about the film calling it a
must watch. The most interesting praise came from
Hollywoods legendary director Francis Ford
