To apply for a new passport or reissue a passport
you can either fill the online form or download
e-Form and submit it later.

Online Method

• Register through the Passport Seva Online Portal
• Apply for Fresh Passport/Re-issue of Passport
  link.
• Fill in the required details in the form and
  submit.
• Pay and Schedule Appointment" link to pay and
  schedule the appointment
• Click the "Print Application Receipt" link to
  print the Application Reference Number (ARN) and
  Appointment Number.
• Visit the nearest Regional Passport Office where
  appointment has been booked, along with original
  documents.

Offline Method

• Download e-Form" link available on the Passport
  Seva Online Portal
• Fill the downloaded e-Form manually.
• Register through the Passport Seva Online Portal.
• Login to the Passport Seva Online Portal with the
• registered Login Id.

• Upload the file through the "Upload e-Form" link.
• Click the "Pay and Schedule Appointment" link
  available
• Online Payment can be made using modes given
• Click the "Print Application Receipt" link to
  print the application receipt
• Visit the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) where
  appointment has been booked, with original
  documents.
