  that some are better than others are. However, we
  dont necessarily pay much attention to the
  differences. All we know, is that we're much
  happier ordering food on Xs app than on Ys app.

• Theres nothing more annoying to hungry bellies
  than not know when the food is going to arrive.
  Your customers will be sat there grumbling away,
  bellies and all.

  the service. Most people expect take-away to
  arrive in about 40mins, and to be ready for
  collection in around 20mins. You need to manage
  their expectations, and usually, its better to
  do this beforehand.

  says, Estimated wait times 1hr for delivery,
  40mins for collection. You will find that it
  keeps your customers much happier, and you will
  receive fewer complaints.

• For whatever reason, an increasing number of
  people are becoming intolerant and allergic to
  food. Its important that you tell your customers
  which foods contain which common
  allergy-triggering ingredients.

• Yes, it might mean that they go elsewhere,
  because you use too many such ingredients, but
  that is generally better than them developing an
  anaphylactic response. Also, customers do tend to
  warm to an app that offers them this level of
  concern.

• 3.Options for modifying their dish
• For some of your customers, there will be nothing
  more annoying than their inability to modify
  their options. For example, you might sell a
  super, suped-up, mega-munch burger with extra JD
  sticky sauce and bacon. They might think,
  Thats awesome, but I hate bacon. If you give
  them the option to add or remove a particular
  item, then its much more likely that you will
  provide your customers with the food that they
  want.

• You can do this by allowing them to add comments
  to their order or by using a simple add and
  subtract button for each option. A restaurant app
  to order food should definitely offer their
  customers choices.

• 4.Option to leave a review
• This is a scary one for many businesses. Youre
  scared to open up a review section in case you
  receive too many bad reviews. Well, lets address
  a number of issues.

• First, you can help to improve your restaurant
  massively by understanding what it is that your
  customers dont like. You can use these reviews
  positively.
• Second, they might well leave some very nice
  reviews.
• Finally, you may be able to remove ones that are
  too offensive for example, that appear to have
  been written by a rival restaurant.

• 5.Option to book a table online
• Finally, if you provide an eat-in restaurant,
  allow your customers to book a table via their
  phones. Its often much more convenient for them,
  and they like it even more if you let them choose
  their table!
