Direct Boot is a family business that was first
established in 1965. Our original location was at
846-852 Hertford Road in Enfield, London where we
primarily sold Tuff Dr Martens Boots.

In 1969 the area was redeveloped, which meant
this shop became part of a Compulsory Purchase
Order. Having nowhere from which to trade
naturally caused us big problems, as shop
premises were like gold dust in those days.

However we were fortunate enough to find new
premises at 810 Hertford Road, which meant we
were back in business!

Having grown into the successful retail and
ecommerce business, we believe the secret to our
continued success is down to our fast and
