• Im Amy Walker. I am a focused, passionate,
  hardworking, down to business, content creator. I
  started my first commission based recruiting
  position when I was 19 years old. I was
  recruiting college age students to volunteer to
  teach English in different countries. And in one
  semester, I blew the commission structure out of
  the water. Amy Walker is smart, fun, and
  innovative. She brings a unique blend of training
  and entertainment to her events. Ive hired her
  as a keynote for several events and, every time
  without fail, I leave with knowledge that helps
  my relationships become stronger and my career
  become more successful. Amy Walker is a balance
  expert. With 5 little boys and 2 companies to
  run, she has to be! Amy works with busy women and
  occasionally men, to help them balance business
  and family so they can really succeed in both.
• I started working for myself at age 22. Not going
  to lie, the first few years were a hot mess. I
  was doing direct sales and struggled to get my
  business up and going. Three years in, I was the
  girl on fire! I was growing, producing, selling
  and recruiting. I was sure I had arrived and that
  hard work could take me anywhere!
• Two years later, my business was flat lined! I
  had reached a plateau and it didnt matter how
  much harder I worked, I couldnt seem to grow my
  business! I was FRUSTRATED, resentful and
  stressed. I had a family to support and struggled
  to make ends meet each month.In 2010, I left my
  direct sales business of 8 years to become a
  speaker and trainer. I found a job working for a
  startup training company. I led their sales team
  and in 2 and a half years we grew from 250,000
  in sales to 2 million. I had an amazing job with
  amazing people. But what I didnt have was
  OWNERSHIP.
