It can be a viscous circle, as when you are
tired you tend to sit or lie down. But sitting
around just makes you feel even more tired and

are and the more you exercise, will result in
your body producing more ATP and therefore your

A Good Diet Provides Energy Naturally You need a
good diet in order to provide your body with the
energy it needs to function properly. Cut back
on the junk and processed foods that contain high
levels of saturated fat and very little
nutritional content. Eat a diet with plenty of
complex carbohydrates which can be found in such
things as breakfast cereal, pasta, whole grain
bread, potatoes, nuts and fresh fruit (especially
bananas) and vegetables. Live A More Active
Lifestyle If you have stopped exercising and
allowed yourself to become a bit of a couch
potato, then now is the time to make some
healthy changes. It is easy to become more
active, just start with a few simple changes.
