Water Soluble Oil

• Makes Milky emulsion when mixed proportionately
  with water.
• Anti-rust, anti corrosive, anti foaming and
  prevents bacterial growth due to biocides.
• Gives good tool life and surface finishing.
• Recommended for various cutting operations on
  ferrous and non ferrous materials.
• Mixing ratio on oil to water is 120 to 140
  depending upon the operation and tensile strength
  of the material.
• Meets 1115 1986 specification.

Semi Synthetic Oil

• Semi Synthetic type coolant intended for use on
  ferrous metals and its chemical formula is angled
  to overcome any difficulties in the cutting and
  grinding of Cast iron with soluble media.
• A reliable small amount of EP additives is
  present so that a high surface finish can be
  achieved.

Hydraulic Oils

• Highly refined chemically stable base additives
  good for anti oxidant, anti wear, anti rust,
  antifoam characteristics.
• Meets IS 10522-1993 IPSSI-04-022 Vickers V 104
  C vane pump test and ISOVG specification
  32/46/68.
• Full protection against rusting and corrosion of
  metal parts.
• Also used for valves, cylinders, pistons and gear
  hydraulic machines, chain drives and compressor
  crank case lubrication.

Machine Lube Oils

• These oils are heavily refined mineral oil
  strengthened with anti oxidant, anti wear and
  corrosion in hibiter additives, having low carbon
  foaming habits.
• Recommended for lubrication of slow and medium
  speed machineries.
• Also can be used in the lubrication system of
  machine tools, textile machineries and looms of
  textile machineries.
• Heavier grade of these can be used for small open
  gear system under light duty conditions.

Neat Cut Oils

• We are offering Neat Cutting oil used for honing
  Cutting and grinding where low viscosity oil is
  required and recommended for ferrous metals.
• For Machining Operation of high tensile stainless
  steel as well as Nickel-Chromium Alloys on
  automates, gear cutting, hobbing, drilling /
  reaming and thread rolling machines.

Rust Preventive Oils

• We are offering Neat Cutting oil used for honing
