• The first thing that you need to do is to
  download the e-Form over the internet. You can do
  this easily with the help of the "e-form" which
  is available on the home page of the Passport
  Website!

• Step 2
• The nest thing which you have to do is to fill
  up the form and then click on the Validate and
  Save Button. Once you click on it, it actually
  means that you have registered as a user and your
  relative data is stored!

• Step 3
• Now you again have to login to the Portal with
  your registered log in i.d. which you have
  received just now!
• Step 4
• Now the next thing that you have to do is to go
  to the Passport Seva Online Portal and the click
  on the Register Button

• Step 5
• Upload the XML file through the "Upload e-Form"
  link. You need to make sure of one thing to not
  upload the PDF form at this stage as only XML
  file is accepted by the system.
