Romy Minko is a talented professional with many
achievements under her belt. Besides a prolific
professional career, she has a great academic
background. For her academic excellence, she has
even received many awards and scholarships. One
of her awards as a student includes Award for
Academic Excellence, which she got while
studying at the Methodist Ladies College
(2005-2010).

In 2014, she went on to do her Bachelors of
Science at The University of Melbourne and
secured a place on the Dean's Honours List. The
same year, Romy received Santander International
Excellence Scholarship at Royal Holloway,
University of London. It was an honor to receive
this scholarship as it is only awarded to
students with the equivalent of a UK First Class
Bachelor degree and excellent academic and
personal profiles.

Romy Minko is a keen learner with interests
spanning across a wide range of subjects. One of
the subjects which have always interested her is
Cryptography. She developed interest in writing
as well as solving codes ever since she started
secondary school in Australia. She has even
subscribed to Crypto-Gram Bill Schneiders
newsletter so that she can stay up-to-date with
the developments in the subject of cryptography.

• Presently, Romy Minko works as a Research Analyst
  at Charter Keck Cramer, a full-service property
  advisor firm in Melbourne specializing in
  property management and investment services. As a
  Research Analyst, Romy handles multiple
  responsibilities, like writing Python scripts to
  access, clean and compile data from the web,
  performing statistical analysis of this data in
  Excel Tableau. In addition to these
  responsibilities, she also researches into
  factors that may affect the property market in
  Australia, such as affordability metrics and the
  emerging middle class in China and India.

• Romy Minkos previous job was at Dan Murphys
  where she served as a Customer Assistant. Her
  work experience also includes teaching two
  students, one for two years and the other for one
  year. During this course of time, she developed
  excellent communication skills and the ability to
  effectively explain as well as educate. The
  skills she developed as a tutor also helped her
  in the field of research.
