As the name signifies scissor lifts are done that
way only. Simply lay on one side of your body and
keep the legs stacked on each other. Now
straighten your body and lift the leg stacked on
the top. Try bringing your foot towards the
ceiling while keeping the other leg straight,
touching the floor.

Take a step forward, and lower the back knee
without touching the floor. Remember to keep your
back straight and face ahead.

Use the bottom stair of the staircase for a work
out. Step up and step down quickly. This will
help perform the cardio effectively and will give
your thighs a perfect shape.

Grab the exercise ball and put it between the
wall and your back. If you do not have an
exercise ball you can take a pillow and place it
at the same position. Do not let it drop in any
case. Squat down slowly while letting the ball
roll down your back. you can take the help of the
wall, while performing this squat exercise.

Simply lay on the floor, keeping your back
straight and your palms on the ground. Raise one
of your legs while pointing its toe towards the
ceiling. Then move your leg as if you are trying
to make a circle on the ceiling using your toe.
