Clayton Perlman Lifelong Dreams
Originally a resident of Miami, Florida, Clayton
Perlman is currently a real estate developer in
Monmouth County, New Jersey. There, he became a
partner of a full-service marina in Keyport, New
Jersey. This opportunity allowed him to combine
his business experience with lifelong passions
for the ocean, boating, and animals, gleaned from
his childhood years on the coast of Florida. When
he isnt on the water, he enjoys traveling,
playing guitar, and walking his dogs.

Clayton Perlman Work and Play
Clayton Perlman worked at the New York Mercantile
Exchange as a licensed clerk from 1998 to 2004 in
Crude Oil and Natural Gas futures and options
pits. During this time, he also handled trade
reconciliation operations for a small hedge fund
for an off-the-floor trading operation. He
currently owns several Limited Liability
Companies (LLCs) and is a partner of a
full-service marina in Keyport, New Jersey. When
he isnt working, he enjoys fishing, boating, and
playing his guitar.

Clayton Perlman is a partner of a full-service
marina in Keyport, New Jersey and works as a real
estate developer with more than 30 years
experience. He enjoys spending time on the water
in his boat or fishing dockside, walking with his
dogs, or playing the guitar. He is also a
recreational motorcycle rider and enjoys racing
motocross style events during his free time. In
tough economic times, he understands the
importance of relaxing outside. Oftentimes
office-related obligations prevent workers from
planning and affording traditional vacation
options, such as cruises or extended road trips.
A possible alternative, though, is to take a
shorter weekend trip, which allows you to get
away from home without sacrificing vacation time
or pay.

Clayton Perlman is a former licensed clerk of the
New York Mercantile Exchange who now works in
real estate development. When he isnt working,
he enjoys traveling to new places, particularly
locations near the ocean, such as Boca Raton,
Florida or the Caribbean. While on vacation,
Clayton Perlman enjoys boating, biking, and
exploring new areas.To provide maximum vacation
time, weekend trips are usually taken to places
that are within 2-3 hours of where you live.
Though this may not feel exotic, it is a
wonderful opportunity to explore your own state
or geographical area in a more in-depth manner.
