Software Quality Control

• Quality Control(QC) is the set of procedures
  used by organizations to ensure that a software
  product will meet its quality goals at the best
  to the customer and continuously improve the
  organizations ability to produce software
  products in the future.

  evaluating the software item against the given
  system requirements where testing is the QC
  activity.

  something(Software) meet its specification
• 2. Validation - Confirming that it meets the
  users requirements
• Where, Reviews and Testing are the two major
  activities of VV and Testing is the part of VV

• Mock at others because of their bugs!

• Should have Excellent attention to details
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills
• Should have the strong personality and the
  ability to resist the pressures
• Should be able to conduct the meeting and keep
  them focussed
• Should be able to prioritize the things and
  should be able to take critical decisions
