  • Everyone knows that the human body needs far more
    than just food, water, and rest to keep healthy
    and active. Physical movement is just as
    important.
  • Sadly, the modern lifestyle is geared more
    towards a sedentary routine, no matter what age
    or gender. There is also the matter of increased
    stress due to the different responsibilities
    taken on by people, sometimes with no support
    from family members, friends, or community, as
    everyone is busy with their lives. When stress
    rises, immunity decreases, allowing the body to
