  having diversified workforce in your
  organisation? Also, we tried digging a bit

• We consider diversified workforce in our
  organisation because it increases productivity
  and there are competitive advantages also like
  increase in creativity within the company.
  Language diversity helps us to expand into global

• No we dont have hiring of diversified workforce
  in our organisation as we are not a large company
  with heavy workforce. We even dont hire on
  regular basis so the need to look for diversified
